Client photos and your content

Only submit a client photo or other content when you are permitted to use it for the requested service. Do not submit unlawful content, content that violates another person's rights, or information that is unnecessary for the requested hair analysis.

AI output and professional responsibility

Coiffa uses artificial intelligence to produce suggestions and guidance. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular client. Coiffa does not replace your training, consultation, safety checks, patch tests, or professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing output and for the services, products, and advice you provide. Coiffa does not provide medical advice.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• break the law or infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, bypass, probe, or gain unauthorised access to Coiffa;
• misrepresent AI output as guaranteed or use Coiffa to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on another person; or
• resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are made through Apple's App Store. Contact info@coiffa.ai for help investigating a purchase, entitlement, restore, subscription, cancellation, or refund question and identifying the appropriate Apple process.

Account deletion

You can initiate the account-deletion flow in the app. See our Privacy Policy for the verified uploaded-photo deletion behavior, or contact support if the flow is unavailable.
